The total relocation process can take up to several months, so we encourage you to start looking at least 9 months before the planned move, and in the case of unusual needs even a year before the end of the contract. The search for a larger office space can take 18 to 24 months; the Build-to--suit process is 2.5-3 years. Starting the search early enough ensures that we have the right choice and time to make the right decisions.
"Hand on the pulse"
Lease agreements are usually concluded for a period of 3 to 5 years. Options for early termination of a term contract must be written in the body of the contract and are usually subject to additional conditions If the contract we have with an office building allows us to relocate before the end of the lease term, it is worthwhile to periodically look at the market situation. It is possible that there will be opportunities to lease interesting office space, where in the final calculation it will be profitable to relocate earlier.

Sublease
In the case of subleasing office space, the process of adaptation of subleased space is much shorter and it is possible to carry out the entire process even within 1 month. We just have to keep in mind that there are a limited number of sublease offers on the market, and in order to rent an office quickly, it is possible that we will have to make some compromises (regarding the location or the office space itself).
