The building was completed in March 2006 and has become a landmark in Warsaw’s skyline ever since. World class architecture and an excellent working environment make Rondo 1 the most prestigious office location in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Rondo 1 complex consists of two buildings: a 40 storey glass tower (building B) located parallel to Jana Pawła II Avenue and a lower, ten storey building with an opaque, glass façade (building A), situated near Świętokrzyska Street.
The Rondo 1 design was developed through a collaboration between the Polish architecture studio, AZO, and the world-famous American architects , Skidmore, Owings & Merill, who specialise in the design of high-rise buildings. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill are responsible for projects such as the Sears Tower and the John Hancock Building in Chicago. This is the first investment in Warsaw to offer an AAA class building with world class office space. The building and its management are flexible and able to fulfil the requirements of the most demanding tenants.
